By accessing or using the Mango Man Digital website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

Mango Man Digital provides local digital marketing services including websites, Google Business Profile management, review automation, and the Additional GMB Listing package. Specific service terms for any paid plan are confirmed with you in writing before billing begins.

We do not guarantee specific Google rankings, map-pack placement, or particular business outcomes. Local search results depend on many factors outside our control, including market competition and search engine algorithms. We focus on the fundamentals that consistently improve local visibility.

Google Business Profile creation, optimization, and verification are subject to Google's eligibility and verification requirements. We do not create fictitious locations, keyword-stuffed business names, duplicate profiles, or misleading listings. If Google verification is unsuccessful, we will review the available options with you.

Review automation solicits genuine customer reviews. We do not offer incentives for reviews and do not selectively filter positive reviews. You are responsible for providing accurate customer information and for having appropriate consent to message your customers.

By providing your phone number and consenting, you agree to receive service-related communications, which may include SMS. SMS campaigns, including the past-customer campaign in the Additional GMB Listing, require appropriate consent and compliance with applicable SMS rules, registration requirements, and platform policies. You may opt out at any time.

Monthly website pricing runs for 24 months with hosting and security included during the term — nothing billed on top. After the 24th payment the website is fully paid off and yours. Your payment then drops to the optional $99/month hosting plan, which activates only after your explicit authorization and after the opt-in/opt-out process, billing timing, and cancellation terms are approved. No unauthorized recurring charge is created automatically.

No live payments are collected through this website until the website and checkout have been tested and billing is confirmed with you. We do not collect credit card details through ordinary forms. Any payment is processed through our secure payments provider.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, once a website is fully paid off it is owned by you. Until then, Mango Man Digital retains ownership of underlying templates, tools, and proprietary methods. Content we create for you is licensed for use in connection with the services purchased.

You agree to provide accurate business information, respond to verification requests, and supply any customer lists or assets needed to deliver the services. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of any customer information you provide.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mango Man Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
